Why ETC?

People of the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) area recommend us for many different reasons. One of which is because we are uniquely versatile in IT support and repairs for computers, mobile phones, and general all-around IT consulting at home, in the office, or at our shop. In early 2018, we noticed there was an influx of people needing both computer and mobile phone support whenever an issue with one or the other occurred. Whenever someone had an issue with their cell phone, customers would ask if we also provided support for computer issues. Seeing this trend then, we decided to create Exclusive Tech Repairs to take on all types of both phone and computer issues of all sizes, brands, and models. This became so enjoyable that it did not even feel like work at times, even working after-hours late at night, trying to solve issues like a puzzle. As a result, it evolved into a passion... After many years working in these areas, we created ETC so we can widen our focus more on small businesses and more complex corporate environments that also have similar issues that require versatility, friendly, fast, and professional tech service.
